Responsabilidades

• Administer Medications: Dispense prescribed PO, topical, and rectal medications per orders and policy.
• Monitor and Report: Observe adverse reactions or status changes and report promptly.
• Document Accurately: Record all medication administration per policy.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain secure medication cart and a hazard-free environment.
• Protect Privacy: Safeguard resident information confidentiality.
• Adhere to Infection Control: Follow infection control procedures during administration.
• Report Errors: InformCharge Nurse immediately of any medication errors.
