• Clear communication with residents and staff; patience, discipline, and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed PO, topical, and rectal medications per orders and policy.
• Monitor and report adverse reactions or changes in resident status.
• Document all medication administration in compliance with policies.
• Maintain control of the medication cart and ensure a safe environment.
• Protect the privacy of resident information.
• Follow infection control procedures during medication administration.
• Immediately report any medication errors to the Charge Nurse.
