Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide routine nursing care and accurate medication administration on the assigned unit. You will follow policies and work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator, ensuring resident safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications, assisting with hygiene, transporting residents, maintaining infection control, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required; valid CMA credential.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency required.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor with residents of varying maturity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications to residents.
• Prepare residents for therapy, appointments, and activities; transport as needed.
• Ensure medications are given correctly, on time, and by proper route.
