Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg, KS is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

The CMA will follow medication administration protocols, monitor residents for side effects, document records accurately, and report changes in residents’ conditions while supporting daily care activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Salary range: 18.50 hour

Location: Phillipsburg, KS

Hours: Full - Time

Job Description:

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) safely administers prescribed medications to residents in a nursing home under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include following medication administration protocols, monitoring residents for side effects, documenting medication records accurately, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. The CMA also supports daily care activities, maintains a clean and safe environment, and promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being.
