Job Role: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - MO Only
Your Role as a CMA

Provide high-quality care by administering medications and assisting residents with daily activities in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications, maintain records, verify resident identity, monitor responses, and report adverse reactions.
  • Assist with daily living activities and recognize changes in resident conditions.
  • Complete documentation, support co-workers, and perform housekeeping duties.
  • Greet visitors and provide community tours as needed.
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Frequent movement, lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs., and wheelchair assistance up to 350 lbs.
  • Follow safety procedures, use PPE, report injuries, and participate in drug testing.
Work Environment

Indoor setting with outdoor activities, adequate lighting, and ventilation.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18+, high school diploma preferred.
  • Completion of Certified Medication Aide/Med Level One course and active certification in MO.
