Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate required.
• State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive care environment.
