Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Iowa CNA certificate (unencumbered).
• Iowa Approved Medication Aide training.
• CPR certification.
• One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the clinical area.
• Provide education to residents and families about medication use.
