Carillon Senior Living seeks a Certified Medication Aide to join our Health Center team in West Texas. The role involves administering medications under RN/LVN supervision, supporting residents with daily activities, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications

• Competency evaluation completed under state guidelines.
• Holds current Medication Aide Certification in Texas and Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, and daily activities.
• Safely administer medications under supervision and document doses.
• Record observations and results of treatments, tests and procedures.
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
• Respond promptly to signal lights and resident needs.
• Maintain clean, comfortable, and orderly resident rooms and beds.
• Follow medication administration protocol with checks and documentation.
