Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintains residents' records daily and documents changes in condition and treatments.
• Keeps the medicine supply room clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Provides direct resident care and supports daily activities as outlined in the care plan.
• Observes residents for side effects and reports concerns to a supervisor.
