Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• Iowa-approved Medication Aide training and CPR certification completion required.
• One year CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medications.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to the team.
• Maintain a safe environment and support education for residents.
