Qualifications

• Certification as a Qualified Medication Aide or Certified Medication Aide by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.
