Job summary

San Antonio Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to work full-time under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. You will ensure timely, accurate med passes to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires current CMA certification and strong English communication skills; prior patient care experience is preferred. Shift is 7am–7pm with weekend differential; comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have current Medication Aide certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report any change in patient condition to the Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Report medication reorder.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
