Wendell Foster in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our Intermediate Care Facility team. You will safely and accurately administer prescribed medications, verify identities, and document through MAR while coordinating with nurses and the contract pharmacy.

This role requires a Kentucky CMA, a high school diploma or GED, and current first aid and CPR certifications. Evening shifts available with a $3.00 night differential and holiday double time; on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Must be a Kentucky Certified Medication Aide.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-site work in Owensboro, KY with state guidelines followed.

Responsabilités

• Safely and accurately administer prescribed medications.
• Confirm identity and allergy history before medications.
• Document administration on MAR and relay to nurses.
• Review orders and transmit to contract pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between providers and pharmacy regarding medication issues.
