Job summary

Mission Health Communities' Providence Living Center in Topeka, KS is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our clinical team. This permanent nursing role offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will pass medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse and provide direct care to residents. You will observe changes, report them promptly, and uphold HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CMA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician and provide direct care to residents under nurse supervision.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
• Deliver warm, friendly service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
