Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CMA credentials required as applicable by state.
• 1+ year experience administering medication preferred.
• 1+ year experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, eating, grooming, mobility, toileting).
• Administer medications safely within certification and scope of practice.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Provide respectful, personalized care and build relationships with residents and families.
• Participate in wellness programs, activities, and community events.
