Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. The CMA will support daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health while maintaining a warm, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Valid Medication Aide certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating) and pass medications.
• Deliver emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor health and conduct routine vital checks.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
