Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and medication administration in a Virginia community. You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans, ensuring comfort, safety and person-centered care tailored to each resident's needs.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time positions, plus comprehensive benefits, 401k matching, and on-site health centers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you work.
• Current certification for Medication Administration per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents in activities of daily living.
• Assisting residents with personal care needs.
• Implementing residents' care plans with attention to preferences and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Administration of medication to residents.
