Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity and record medication details.
• Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or administration.
• Take vital signs and monitor reactions to medications.
• Record temperatures, intake and output as directed.
• Respond to signals and determine resident needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
