Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to work with our nursing staff to ensure patients receive prescribed medications and compassionate care.

The role requires an active CNA license, a state-approved Medication Administration Certificate, and at least 1 year of CNA experience. Reliable transportation is also required.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in good standing with the state.
• Current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state (Certified Medication Aide).

• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications per facility policies and state law.
• Provide additional, varied care services to patients under supervision of nursing staff.
