Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Lancaster, OH to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will follow care plans, report health changes, and engage with residents and families with dignity and respect.

Requirements include a CMA certification in Ohio and a high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential; benefits are provided along with self-service payroll tools through Paycom.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program in the State of Ohio
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
