Harmony House Care Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for 2nd shift, FT/PT. The role supports residents by administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring conditions to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• Successful completion of Iowa-approved Medication Aide training.
• CPR certification required.
• One year CNA and Medication Aide experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Frontline of the Clinical Department.
• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe environment and provide education to residents.
