Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch, IA is now hiring Certified Medication Aide (CMA). We offer Full Time-Part Time with Evening shifts and a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential.

Join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa, where your work makes a meaningful impact every day. You will assist residents with daily living, administer medications, monitor health, and engage residents in activities while upholding infection control

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Medication Aide certification valid in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating) and passing medications.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive environment.
• Provide health monitoring and conduct routine vital checks.
• Interact with residents, families and the healthcare team.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification.
• Valid certification as a Medication Aide. Medication Aide must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
