Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch, IA is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join a 65-bed skilled nursing community. Full Time and Part Time Day shifts are available.

You will support daily living activities, administer medications, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa is required.
• Valid Medication Aide certification in Iowa is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
