Job summary

Sunset Villa Care Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a Full-Time, 6:00AM–2:00PM shift. You will work under the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate med passes, maintaining high-quality resident care.

Must hold a current CMA certification and have strong English communication skills; prior patient care experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer committed to nondiscrimination.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor.

• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.

Your Job Summary

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
