Regent Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare is hiring a full-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Wichita. Starts at $18.00+ per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a rotating 6:00am–6:00pm schedule. Annual reviews with pay increases for performance are included. Benefits package and shift/ weekend differentials are offered. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must have a current CNA/CMA certification in Kansas.
• Must be courteous, friendly and helpful with residents, visitors and co workers.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and provides residents with routine daily care according to plan.
• Works on the floor as a CNA as needed.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management.
• Maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and calm environment.
• Always exercises courtesy with residents, family and visitors.
• Demonstrates pride by keeping areas clean and safe.
• Respects residents' privacy and dignity.
