Job Title: Certified Medication Technician
Job Type: Full-Time & PRN Opportunities Available
Shifts: 12-Hour Night Shifts
Salary: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on skills, experience, and professional background)

As a
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) on our night shift, you will:
- Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs with compassion
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance at all times
- Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed
- Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable
Requirements
- Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of CMA experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine compassion and a caring, patient-focused approach
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
