This position reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.5 to $17 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications according to prescribed orders and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report concerns
• Assist residents with daily activities
• Keep medication areas clean and safe
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Georgia
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year healthcare experience, preferably with seniors
• Knowledge of medication administration and documentation
• Excellent communication and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Background check and drug screening required
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
