Qualifications

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.

• Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, personalized care.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
