Job summary

The Lakewood Courtyard in Lakewood, NJ is seeking compassionate Med Techs to join our assisted living team. Full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm ensure you can balance life and work while delivering quality care.

Responsibilities include administering routine medications, following care plans, and collaborating with the RN and Wellness Director to support residents’ independence and dignity. Competitive hourly wage of $25.

Qualifications

• CMA certification current and valid.
• Ability to follow care plans and medication procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Dependability and professionalism.

The Lakewood Courtyard is looking for compassionate and dependable Med Techs to join our assisted living team!

Responsibilities:

• Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Work collaboratively under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or supervisor.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CMA certification.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Understanding and respect for the aging process.

Shift:

• Full-time, Part time or Per Diem 3:00pm-11:00pm

$25 - $25 an hour
