CMA Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and assist with treatments according to healthcare provider’s orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication, following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents’ physical condition or behavior.
• Maintain records on medication, activities, incidents, and observations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMA experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working with the senior population.
