Arbor Terrace Monmouth in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking a Medication Technician / CMA to join our care team in full- and part-time roles. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document observations, and support daily living activities with compassion.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification required (NJ rules).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely administering medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Accurately document medication administration and observations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.

• Collaborate with caregivers and nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Do

• Safely administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the nursing team
• Accurately documenting medication administration and resident observations
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living when needed
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care while building meaningful relationships
• Supporting and collaborating with caregivers and nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
