Qualifications

• Current certification as a CMA in the state of Oklahoma.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with their treatment plans and under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and patient care.
