Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians under supervision
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report adverse reactions
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming
• Provide basic care and assistance with feeding, toileting, and transferring
• Maintain accurate medication administration and resident care records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and promote a positive atmosphere among residents and staff

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, under the supervision of a licensed nursing professional
• Monitor resident's responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care and assistance with ADLs, including feeding, toileting, and transferring patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements
