Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at one of our senior living communities in Tulsa, OK. CMAs administer and dispense medications, provide personal care, and support residents to maintain dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate is certified, organized, and able to multi-task, with strong communication skills for residents and families. Six months of retirement community experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's certification requirements.
• Six months of work experience in a retirement community is preferred.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed by physician in accordance with policy and guidelines.
• Obtain and report resident vital signs.
• Manage and track supply of medications.
• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort; assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily tasks; help with dining and mobility.
• Observe, report changes in residents' condition, and conduct rounds to monitor safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care.
