Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia seeks compassionate CNAs to support residents’ daily living and well‑being. You will assist with activities, implement care plans, and work with the clinical team to ensure timely, high‑quality care.

A $3,000 sign‑on bonus is available for full‑time and part‑time hires. Requirements include being 18+, Virginia CNA certification, Medication Administration certification, and CPR if possible; one year of CNA experience and one year of Medication

• $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS! (does not include PRN or current employees.)

• Compensation: ranges from $22/hour - $24.75/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. ($1.50/hour on weekday evenings, $2.00/hour on weekday nights, $3.00/hour on weekends for all shifts)

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
