Altercare Somerset in Somerset, OH is seeking a Certified Medication Aide P to join our evening shift team. Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, you will administer prescribed medications and support daily clinical tasks, while ensuring documentation accuracy and patient confidentiality.

Requirements include at least one year of CNA/STNA experience and completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with active certification.

Competenze

• Completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with active certification.

osition Summary:

This Certified Medication Aide will be a CNA | STNA will work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and will administer prescription medication as well as perform other duties.

This individual will maintain full knowledge of duties, responsibilities and accountability and shall act in accordance with the laws pertaining to administration of medication by a certified medication aide. The Certified Medication Aide will document in the medical record and maintain confidentially.

Requirements for this position:

A minimum of one year experience as a CNA | STNA, and completed an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with an active, unrestricted, Medication Aide Certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
