Job summary

Altercare Louisville in Louisville, OH is seeking a Certified Medication Aide. This CNA / STNA will work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and will administer prescription medication as well as perform other duties.

The role requires at least one year of CNA/STNA experience and completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with an active, unrestricted Medication Aide Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a CNA | STNA and completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with an active, unrestricted Medication Aide Certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

This individual will maintain full knowledge of duties, responsibilities and accountability and shall act in accordance with the laws pertaining to administration of medication by a certified medication aide. The Certified Medication Aide will document in the medical record and maintain
confidentially.

Requirements for this position:
