Performs duties as delegated by a licensed nurse. Administers medications to patients asdirected and documents the administration to the patient's medical record. May assist with general clerical duties.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid CMA certification in state working
• One (1) one year experience as a medication aide ormedication tech preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
