Qualifications

  • BLS training certified or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with medication administration to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and reactions.
  • Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with ADLs including eating, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Document resident care and medication administration per company policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Certification as a Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Texas

  • Basic life support (BLS) training certified or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire
