Job summary

Texas Oncology - Odessa is seeking a full-time Medical Physicist (Certified) to join our team. This role involves HDR planning and treatment, QA duties, and collaboration across the Odessa facility, with travel to Midland as needed.

Candidates should hold a CAMPEP-accredited master's degree in medical physics, ABR board certification, Texas licensure, and HDR/SRS/SBRT experience. The environment is physician-led and highly collaborative, offering opportunities to contribute to advanced treatment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Medical Physics from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate from a CAMPEP accredited residency program.
• ABR board certification (or equivalent).
• Full Texas licensure.
• HDR planning and treatment experience.
• The ability to be added to the RAM license.
• Experience with SRS, SBRT, and HDR.
• Strong organization and oral / written communication skills.
• The ability to travel on an occasion, as needed, basis to support the sister clinic in Midland, Texas (20 Miles)
