Responsibilities:
Prepare consistently high-quality plans using all major treatment planning systems.
Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure treatment plans meet prescribed dose constraints and clinical objectives.
Perform quality assurance checks on treatment plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
Provide consultation and support to the clinical team regarding treatment planning techniques and procedures.
Use your influencing and leadership skills to effectively manage and adapt to change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Commit to an innovative and continuous learning culture, with an awareness of the current and emerging technology solutions related to dosimetry.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or eligible for CMD certification.
Bachelor's degree in medical dosimetry, radiologic technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical dosimetrist.
Highly preferred for candidate to have proficiency in Pinnacle and Eclipse treatment planning software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
US-based residency or citizenship.
