• Participates in regular education with Physicians, APPs and team members.
• Maintains current coding credentials and stays updated with coding bulletins and guidelines.
• Assists patients in reducing back-end billing errors.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Follows organizational policies and performs other duties as assigned.
