Job summary

Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care under physician or nurse supervision in Georgia. You will perform basic clinical tasks and assist with daily workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a GED or higher, graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program, or equivalent clinical experience, plus BCLS and CMA-AAMA or NCMA certification. This role offers growth within Piedmont Healthcare.

Qualifications

• In lieu of formal education, one year of medical assistant or related clinical experience may be considered.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred and
• Graduate of an accredited an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program Required or
• In Lieu of formal education program, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience Required
