AMI is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to assist the teams in the Neptune and Brick Vascular Institute office locations!

Offered rates increase based on years of work experience.
This position requires providing hands-on, direct clinical care to patients.
The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for the following:
This full time, 40 hour per week position will provide coverage in the AMI Vascular Institute locations in Neptune and Brick.
The work schedule includes Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
QualificationsCandidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Current & valid Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA or RMA) is required. A current American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained prior to the start of employment. Based on the nature of the role, hands-on, direct clinical care experience as a CMA is required. Previous experience with vascular, post-op, or wound care is strongly preferred.
Candidates must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly & effectively, verbally and in writing. Qualified candidatespossess excellent organizational skills and areaccurate & thorough in all aspects of theirwork. The ideal candidate possesses the initiativeto set and achieve high standards of performance and has the ability to multitask under time constraints. Must be skilled in utilizing standard office equipment including computers.
