Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) to join the East Interstate Family Medicine Clinic on a full-time basis. You will room patients, record vitals, assist exams, and support providers to ensure a positive patient experience.

This role requires graduation from a recognized MA program and national certification or ND registration when required; BLS within six months. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.
• Nationally certified or registered MA is preferred.
• ND registration as an MAIII or eligibility within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Collects subjective and objective health data from patient or caregiver.
• Rooms patients and prepares them for examinations.
• Records vital signs and documents medical history.
• Assists with exams and procedures and administers injections.
• Collects blood samples for lab draws and communicates with the provider.
