Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments by collecting vital information including weight, vitals, EKG, and medical history.
• Refill prescriptions and provide patient education.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care and effective clinic operations.
• Provide excellent patient education and support for a wide range of cardiovascular care needs.
