Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CMA certification.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use and document in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Outstanding interpersonal and clinical skills; ability to work with a wide variety of people.
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document chief complaints.
• Administer vaccines and collect necessary paperwork.
• Assist with patient procedures, phlebotomy, and basic wound care.
• Set up, clean, and disinfect exam rooms; maintain medical supplies.
• Follow HIPAA, universal precautions, and infection-control protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve patient flow and care quality.
