Hendrick Medical Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support patients in utilizing clinical services. The role may be assigned to a specific specialty department, such as orthopedics.

A CMA exam will be funded by Hendrick Clinic, with hours provided if not yet certified. Qualified candidates have a CMA-related credential or active progress toward CMA, and at least one year of recent medical facility experience, including EKG, vital signs, and venipuncture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or CMA training from an accredited program
• CMA exam hours provided if not yet CMA; exam fee covered by Hendrick Clinic
• Minimum one year of recent medical facility experience as a medical assistant; EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injections experience
