Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Must actively maintain MA certification.
• Caregivers may be hired as CMA if certified/registered.
• BLS certification required for hospital outpatient departments.

Responsibilities

• Support Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care.
• Maintain proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Contribute to a fast-paced clinical environment while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
