Qualifications

  • BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider.
  • Perform general patient care by following established standards and procedures.
  • Obtain and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight and medications.
  • May draw and collect blood samples and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
  • Administer medications and/or vaccines via oral, injection, topical, rectal, ophthalmic, and inhalant routes.
  • May perform routine tests including EKGs.
